There isn’t a one-size-fits-all model for healthy eating. Depending on your fitness goals, one nutrition plan may work well for you but not for your neighbor. That’s why we provide and regularly update your meal plan to meet your goals from where you're starting.

You will not find restrictive, impossible to maintain diets here. Learning how to eat to support your lifestyle and fitness needs is one of the hardest obstacles to overcome on your health and fitness journey and our Fitness Nutrition Specialists are here to guide you through!

each meal plan is custom designed to support your fitness goals. Plans include up to 8 meals per day, recipes, shopping list and portion guides. optional food and activity logs are monitored virtually by our fitness nutrition specialists, with weekly check-ins.

In the monthly meal plans you’ll find:

  • 1 monthly planner- includes daily nutrition goals, fitness, wellness and more!

  • A weekly menu to print out for your use (I hang mine on our fridge.) This menu will have your daily breakfast, snack, and dinner plans for the entire week!

  • Our recipe book filled with the healthy meals listed in the menu for the month PLUS recipes for snacks, drinks and desserts!

  • Printable grocery list to help organize your grocery shopping!
