New to the gym? Not sure if your form is correct? Constantly injuring yourself from over-doing your workouts?

Our 6 week mini course starts January 2nd and will run through mid February. This private, small group setting will cover:

* safe lifting mechanics (your form)

* proper spotting techniques

* weight + intensity progression

* modifications for existing limitations

* fitness programming

* increase your confidence in the gym

* become part of the gym community

Open to all ages and abilities. $60 for 6 weeks of private instruction. Must be a FitNorth member. Limited to 5 members in each session.
